Benefits Of Expert Estate Management During COVID-19

At Manor House Worldwide in Southern California, we believe our customers deserve nothing less than the best. That’s why we’re proud to provide expert estate management, with top-tier attention to detail and adaptability to every customer’s unique circumstances.

Circumstances have never been quite so unique as 2020. As the coronavirus pandemic increases hygiene concerns, reduces ability to travel, and amplifies potential economic risk, many homeowners fear their investments will come crashing down. Our team is committed to ensuring that this doesn’t happen.

Here’s why you can trust Manor House Worldwide for all of your Californian estate management needs during the pandemic.

Who We Are

Manor House Worldwide is led by Cami Colbert and Phill Mills. They not only have significant prior success in estate management, but also experience from worldwide business travel that simply can’t be replicated in one place.

Phill has personally visited all seven continents, worked or stayed in over 60 countries, and experienced many cultures firsthand as a result. Alongside his work with Manor House, he’s worked in film, television, and business.

Similarly, Cami’s previous business partner was Michael Bedner, a founder of the eminently successful Hirsch-Bedner Associates (HBA) hospitality design firm. HBA boasts over five decades of success in renovating 5 and 6 star hotels in over 80 countries. Cami brings her experience with HBA to her partnership with Phill, further elevating the expertise of Manor House Worldwide.

What We Do

Manor House’s estate management is all-inclusive and multi-tiered, addressing every aspect of caring for your property. Our customers range from Los Angeles to Ventura County, Orange County, and the Palm Springs area. Our services can include arranging:

  • Grocery shopping
  • Cleaning
  • Landscaping
  • Maintenance
  • Additional home improvement projects

This list is, of course, not exhaustive. Every estate is different, and we strive to meet every individual owner’s particular needs in full.

How COVID-19 Affects Your Estate

One consequence of the unforeseen pandemic is increased difficulty traveling to secondary properties. If you own an additional home in southern California, your ability to comfortably reach that location while adhering to advised social distancing protocols, hygiene practices, and otherwise may be drastically reduced.

Any house left to its own devices will inevitably inch towards greater disorder and disarray. Thankfully, if you want to maintain your property’s quality while also appropriately caring for your health, that’s why our expert estate managers exist.

Why We’re Qualified To Help

Clearly, Manor House isn’t the only estate management company in the business, even in southern California. If you’re wondering why Manor House is a cut above its competitors, consider our previous history of maintaining quality service during unexpected circumstances.

In 2018 and 2019, the California wildfires threatened Calabasas, Malibu, and other coastal California towns. The mass panic didn’t stop Manor House from continuing to provide the best estate management available. Despite the situation, we still visited all of our affected clients’ properties in order to adequately prepare them for the fires.

As we continue observing all federal and state regulations, as well as CDC-recommended precautions, we’re fully qualified to reach your secondary properties, even when you can’t. We’ll keep your estate in prime condition, allowing you to continue social distancing without risking your investment.

Contact Manor House Worldwide today to provide your estate with the best management in the business.
